THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE KIT, this listing is for customers upgrading from older versions. The final version of the Bostig Conversion System throttle cable. New for 2014, this teflon lined single piece cable has brass ends and hardware and is fully jacketed its entire length. Previous designs for the v2.0/2010 used the original Vanagon throttle cable housing, but this new design eliminates that entirely. Later 2010 single piece versions did not have the teflon lining which improves feel and lowers pedal resistance.

    Worth It!

    This replacement cable for your earlier version kit is a fantastic upgrade. The build quality is immediately noticed. Easy to install and a noticeable difference in pedal feel and response.

    As always, the part fits perfectly and the shipping was on time. Bostig is a great company to deal with. Installed their kit in my syncro a couple of years ago and have had no problems after over 20,000 miles. Super dependable.
