  • Description

If you are using an oil level sensor with the Bostig high capacity oilpan, or in any application that doesn't have logic, cornering and acceleration can cause indicator lights to flash as the float switch makes contact with the side of the sensor. This module prevents false light triggering, and allows the install for warning lights, buzzers etc to indicate a low-oil condition.

The circuit takes the ground output of the sensor and if on for ~5 seconds will trigger the output (12v DC, up to 800 ma).

    Simple 3 wire hookup:

Red - fused 12v, ignition or constant

Black - oil level sensor input

    Yellow - light/buzzer/alarm output.
