Every install manual is free and public at docs.bostig.com. No login, no sign-up, no form to fill in. They are the whole job start to finish, and they answer most pre-sale questions better than we can: what’s in the kit, what you source yourself, what the work actually involves, and where the hard parts are.

If you’re still working out whether the project is for you, read the manual for your line before you ask anybody anything. It’s the honest version, and none of it is written to sell you something.

Already ordered, and something’s wrong
Missing parts, shipping damage, warranty questions, install support: use the ticket system at bostig.zendesk.com. It’ll ask you to sign in. Tickets don’t get buried the way email does, and they keep the whole history in one place, which matters by the time a question is on its fourth exchange.

The honest part first. It’s one person answering, and it’s the same person building the kits, so figure a couple of business days for a reply and longer in a build week. If it’s been longer than that, send it again. It got buried, it didn’t get ignored.
You’ll get a better answer faster if you lead with the basics: van year, 2WD or syncro, automatic or manual, whether you want power steering, and what you’re actually trying to end up with. Most of the back and forth is us asking those five things.
We’d rather talk you out of the wrong path than sell you the expensive one. If the cheaper or more DIY route is the right one for your van, that’s what you’ll hear.
