We needed T-stat housing replacements for our own Zetec Focii, and our Zetec engine swap kit, so we designed one that would work for our customers and our friends in the Focus crowd. We were never happy with the other designs we saw, so we rolled our own and here is what we came up with. Combine that with our ultra-high bar when it comes to quality and you've got the best T-stat housing you can put on a zetec.

    Bostig thermostat housing

    Awesome product. The guys over at Bostig are great guys. Received it fast and when I put it on it looks great. It has a 3/8 npt port in the back that I used to run the coolant line for my turbo. All in all one of my better purchases for the car. Just wish the guys made more stuff for the focus lol. A+++ product.

    Works for 2001 FORD FOCUS SE wagon

    Some unadvertised considerations: 1. Because this unit is wider than stock, and uses bolts with inset hex key heads rather than typical bolts, I removed the battery and battery housing to gain best access to fasten the thermostat housing to the engine. A minor effort if all is well with the battery and connections. 2. Because this unit extends deeper than stock, I have soft contact of the thermostat housing to one of the hoses running to a heater connection at the back of the engine compartment. Time will tell if this has any negative effect.

    Thank you Bostig for such a awesome product, it looks tits and I get loads of compliments on the thermo housing. I noticed you put the info up I sent you those parts will work for the regular focus aswell plug and play not just the SVT. Thanks again guys
